Terms for using the current Fulgio web app and website.
These terms describe how the service is offered today, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities users accept when they create an account or rely on AI-generated outputs.
AI outputs support your judgment, not replace it.
Fulgio helps shape notes into summaries and next steps, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, decisions, deadlines, and any actions taken from the product.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the credentials and activity associated with your account. Fulgio may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse, fraud, or operational risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is currently offered as monthly or annual subscription billing. Billing is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing, taxes, and availability may change with notice where required by law.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fulgio to break the law, violate the rights of others, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that the service is not permitted to process. Fulgio may remove content or limit access where necessary to protect users or the service.
Service limitations
Fulgio is offered on an as-available basis during an active launch stage. Features may change, pause, or be removed. AI-generated notes, summaries, and suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use.
