Terms for using the current Fulgio web app and website.
These terms describe how the service is offered today, how subscriptions work, and the responsibilities users accept when they create an account or rely on AI-generated outputs.
AI outputs support your judgment, not replace it.
Fulgio helps shape notes into summaries and next steps, but users remain responsible for reviewing outputs, decisions, deadlines, and any actions taken from the product.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the credentials and activity associated with your account. Fulgio may suspend or restrict access to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, or address misuse, fraud, or operational risk.
Subscriptions and billing
Free accounts include 10 AI credits, 5 voice minutes and 1 image extraction per monthly account anniversary, with no card required. At the limit, generation pauses until the next reset or an upgrade; saved notes remain available to read, edit and export. Pro costs $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, before applicable taxes. Both plans include 100 AI credits, 60 voice minutes and 20 image extractions per monthly subscription anniversary. Standard generation and refinement cost 1 credit; enhanced processing costs 5. Classification is included. Allowances do not roll over, changing billing intervals does not reset them, and there are no automatic overage charges. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Manage plan.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fulgio to break the law, violate the rights of others, interfere with the product, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that the service is not permitted to process. Fulgio may remove content or limit access where necessary to protect users or the service.
Service limitations
Fulgio is offered on an as-available basis during an active launch stage. Features may change, pause, or be removed. AI-generated notes, summaries, and suggestions can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before use.
