A practical privacy policy for the current launch version of Fulgio.
This policy describes the information Fulgio currently collects, how that information is used to operate the app and website, and the choices available to users.
Website-first launch policy
This policy covers the Fulgio website, mobile-friendly web app, account history and drafts saved on your device.
What Fulgio collects
Fulgio currently collects information needed to operate the service, including account details such as email address, profile fields such as display name or intended use, billing and subscription state, basic website and funnel analytics, and note content you submit through the app.
How that information is used
Fulgio uses account information to authenticate users, operate the note workspace, process subscription status, improve the launch funnel, respond to support requests, and monitor product performance and reliability. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored directly by Fulgio.
Third-party services
Fulgio uses Supabase for authentication and stored notes, OpenAI to classify and structure submitted text and to process recordings and images, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. AI processing sends the input for that operation to OpenAI. Provider retention policies also apply. Google Analytics may collect website usage when enabled; operational events do not contain note bodies or passwords.
Drafts on your device
Recoverable text, recording and import drafts are encrypted in browser storage and scoped to the account that captured them. They remain until a successful save, explicit discard, or removal of browser data. Logout clears active app state. Legacy local vault data is not automatically transferred or deleted; its separate recovery tool requires a passphrase. Cloud history and AI require connectivity.
Retention and requests
Notes, original text, processing results and revisions remain in your account until you delete them or your account is purged. An expired subscription keeps history, manual editing and export available. Account deletion has a 90-day recovery period; it can be cancelled in Settings until the purge begins. After that claim, cancellation is unavailable. Failed purges are retried. Backups may retain copies until their scheduled expiration, and Stripe may retain billing records under its own retention policy.
