Weekly review will be a lightweight synthesis layer

The MVP review flow should help surface patterns, important notes, and next actions without turning into a giant analytics dashboard. This route is reserved now so that feature can land cleanly later this week.

Review generation is planned as a thin Thursday slice.

On-demand generation is enough for MVP.

The goal is synthesis and prioritization, not reporting theater.

This route stays intentionally lean until capture and note detail are solid.
